How can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order has been submitted, we have limited ability to make modifications. We will try our best to accommodate, however we cannot guarantee these changes will be made after your order is submitted. Please email email@example.com as soon as possible with any modification or cancellation requests. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.
I have not received my order as planned. What do I do?
If you have not received your order according to your tracking information, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you set your shipping address to a secure address. We are not responsible for stolen goods.
I received a faulty or wrong item. What should I do?
If you have received a faulty or wrong item, please contact email@example.com with your name, order number and issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
