Refund policy

You may return purchased items up to 30 days after the purchase date (the “Returns Period”). ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER THE RETURNS PERIOD. During the Returns Period you may return non-sale items and receive a refund. Only non-sale items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, we don’t provide refunds for sale items. Sale items don’t include non-sale items purchased with a discount code.

Items you wish to return must be shipped and postmarked within 30 days of receiving the items.

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.

In lieu of exchanges, simply return the items you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the items you wish to receive. Once we receive your items back then we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

How do I return my order?

• Please email hello@thescribblesociety.com to receive return instructions and/or your return label.
• We don’t cover shipping on returned items. We will provide a shipping label, and then the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once we receive and inspect your item(s), you will receive a refund confirmation via email. Refunds can take between three to five business days for your bank to process.

Which items are non-refundable?

• All items that have been marked down from the original price (excluding non-sale items purchased using promotional discount codes)
• Free gifts or promotional items.
• Gift Cards

Late or missing refunds:

• If you haven’t received a refund within five days after receiving an email confirmation, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
